What is Nylon Plate and what is it used for?

Nylon sheets or sheets are made of PA6 or (Nylon 6) grade engineering plastics. It has excellent formability and is ideal for injection molding applications, 3D printing applications and extrusion.
Nylon Plate can be easily cut with various saws, but is not suitable for flame cutting due to its low melting point.
Our plastic sheets are available in white or black. While both displays are suitable for outdoor or indoor use, opting for the black version for outdoor use will provide greater UV stability.
With nylon sheets, you'll have a material that's both durable and break-resistant. Nylon is made up of long strands that melt from heat and friction. Nylon is slightly flexible and can withstand thousands of repetitions of stress and bending.
